In the heart of Waianae Valley, Ziona Hou Church stands as a testament to the enduring power of faith and the journey of transformation. Established in 1933, this church has a history rooted in tradition, which has evolved into a Pentecostal community.
Under the leadership of Senior Pastor Jay Foster and First Lady Pastor Shan Foster, Ziona Hou Church has embraced a dynamic and spirited approach to worship. Their journey, marked by faith and vision, took a profound turn on September 1, 2019, when the Lord manifested dreams and visions given to Senior Pastor Jay. These revelations called him to preach at Ziona Hou Church and stay under the anointed preaching and teaching of the late Senior Pastor Larry Kalama. Ziona Hou Church serves as a spiritual lighthouse for the Waianae community, offering a wide range of services and support. From weddings to funerals, dedications to church services, bible studies to counseling, the church is deeply committed to serving the spiritual needs of its members and the broader community.

OUR VISION
The vision of Ziona Hou Church is to preach the WORD of GOD and make HIM (JESUS) known. That people may be saved, healed, delivered, discipled & equipped, for the furtherance of the full GOSPEL from Genesis-Revelation.
1. To Know Him, Jesus, & Make Him Known
To know Him is to love Him with ALL of your being. This is the Great Commandment.
(Mat. 22:37-38)
To make Him known, Christ urges us to make disciples of and baptize all nations in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. This is the Great Commission. (Mat. 28:18-20)
3. To Equip The Believer to Become Disciples of Christ
The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord.
(Matthew 10:24)
Jesus is making clear that His disciples should not expect better treatment than He has received. If Jesus had to go through testing and trials, how much more us.
4. To Bring Unity, Build Up, & Empower the Church, Body of Christ
Now ye are the body of Christ.
(1 Corinthians 12:27-31)
Paul teaches about spiritual gifts working together to empower God's will for the church. The church, body of Christ, is like a human body which is a unified organism with diverse parts, each serving important functions.
5. To Prepare the Bride for the Coming of the Bridegroom
He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is filled.
(John 3:29)
